ENROLMENT INFORMATION

 

TERM ENROLMENTS

 

Swimming lessons are booked in 10-week terms and run during NSW school terms. If you join after the term has commenced, your fees will be adjusted for the remaining lessons.

 

SCHEDULED CLOSURES

 

Wagga Swim School does not run regular swimming lessons during NSW school holidays, on public holidays, or over the Christmas and New Year period.

 

Fees are adjusted for any public holidays or scheduled closures that fall within the term.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

Choose the payment option that works best for your family:

• Payment in full
• Five fortnightly direct debit payments
• Active and Creative Kids vouchers
• Direct deposit, EFTPOS or cash

 

CONTINUING YOUR ENROLMENT

Enrolments automatically roll over into the following term, helping families retain their regular lesson time.

 

If you wish to cancel your enrolment, we require at least two weeks’ written notice in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

 

MAKE-UP LESSONS

​

Eligible make-up lessons can be booked through our Customer Portal.

 

Families can receive up to three make-up tokens per term when an absence is recorded through the portal at least two hours before the scheduled lesson.

 

Make-up lessons are subject to availability and must be used within the same term.

 

PROGRESS AND ASSESSMENTS

​

Our instructors continually monitor each swimmer’s progress. Children can move to the next level as soon as they have achieved all the required skills.
