About Wagga Swim School
Wagga Swim School is a boutique, family-owned swim school that has been helping local children develop confidence and essential water-safety skills since 2011.
Our current purpose-built centre opened in 2022, and in 2024 Wagga Swim School began a new chapter under the ownership of the Schultz family.
More Than Just a Swim School
We believe learning to swim is about more than progressing through a list of skills. It is about helping every child feel safe, supported and proud of what they can achieve.
Our instructors take the time to get to know each swimmer, understand their individual needs and build a relationship based on trust. We celebrate every achievement—no matter how big or small—and introduce new skills at a pace that supports each child’s confidence.
Programs for Every Stage
Our swimming programs support children from their first experience in the water through to advanced stroke development.
We offer:
-
Water Babies for babies and toddlers aged 4 months to 3 years
-
Learn to Swim classes
-
Private and family private lessons
-
Squad sessions
-
Support for swimmers with additional needs
A Centre Designed for Families
Our 15 × 5 metre indoor pool is heated to a comfortable 33°C throughout the year.
The centre also features in-floor hydronic heating around the pool and throughout the amenities, helping swimmers and families stay warm during the cooler months.
Our Ozone Swim system combines ozone technology with mineral pool water to provide a comfortable and hygienic swimming environment.
Our Teaching Team
Our qualified instructors, trainees and assistant instructors work together to create safe, positive and engaging lessons.
Trainees and assistant instructors work under the guidance of experienced instructors while completing structured training and developing their practical teaching skills.
Ongoing education and professional development help our team deliver consistent, high-quality lessons across every level of our program.
